Bryan Ellingson, MSW, LICSW

My clinical training is in psychodynamic psychotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and complex trauma. I value working with diverse clients to improve how you feel about yourself, relate to others, cope with stress, gain insight and more adaptive approaches to live your authentic life.

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, I collaborate with clients from all walks of life. My approach as a therapist is authentic and relational. I see the heart of a matter, and what is beyond overt language. I believe lasting change is possible through a therapeutic relationship that is safe, collaborative, nonjudgmental, and engenders openness and trust. Our work together also values your uniqueness and specific goals.

My passions outside of work include travel (favorites are anywhere with mountains or Manhattan), reading, spending time with my wife and two daughters, a good cup of cold press coffee, and hanging out with our blue nose pitbull, Buster, and our cat, Tulip.
